The developer would sit within the Securitisation team in London. The team is based in both London and Mumbai and is part of Global Market Risk and P&L. The aim of this team is to support the Asset Finance and Securitisation business line. The business has a number of in-house applications that support its main activities of sourcing RWA parameters for securitisation positions.
Overall Job Description
The role is for a Front End developer with proven experience of HTML5/CSS, Angular 7 or 10, Typescript/JavaScript on client side, C# good to have.. The in-house application is built on 3-tiers: web client. The developer will be responsible for supporting, designing, and implementing new business logic and reports within the existing framework as well as maintaining and enhancing existing functionality, including the task of moving existing processes from development into a tier one production environment.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience of Client side: HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Angular, TypeScript, React..
- Proven experience of Server Side: C#, NET4.5, ASP.NET,Web API 2, Entity Framework
- Proven experience of working with SQL Server database
- Experience of Source control tool Bitbucket
- Experience of build and deployment tool Jenkins
- Experience in cross-platform applications highly desirable
- Knowledge of optimising stored procedures
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills
- Strong communicator/Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in working within an environment with high pressure on timeliness and quality of deliveries
- Strong level of team working, autonomy and proactive
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree/BSc Degree or equivalent - mathematics or physics background is desirable
