Technical Architect
6 months contract
Leeds - one day a week on site
Fruition IT are partnered with a tech consultancy who are looking for a Technical Architect to join on an initial 6 month basis.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities include ownership of the following key areas:
- Identifying opportunities for system improvement
- Providing a roadmap for improvements, and working with product management team to schedule and deliver to the roadmap.
- Development Architecture and CI/CD pipeline designs and improvements roadmap to align with Technical Architecture roadmap.
- Managing architecture design and change in dependent systems
- Significant engagement with multiple stakeholder groups
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Applications & Infrastructure-focussed technical architect
- Proven track record of cloud-based solution architectures, particularly using AWS
- Knowledge of development techniques and development platforms/environments/languages including JavaScript, Java & Python
- RESTful API design, assurance and management
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Evidence of identifying and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for a particular project
