Title: Solutions Architect
Location: UK - Remote
Duration: 6 months Mission
Description:
We are looking for a Solutions Architect with 10 years of development experience and minimum 4 years of experience working as an Architect, it will be a remote mission for 6 months and with terms of Outside IR35
Responsibilities:
- The Technology Solution Architect provides problem solving, analysis, and technical support for our client and the internal development team.
- This role is technical in nature and requires an architect who is very hands-on with the development team.
- This person should be able to perform code reviews, guide the development team with the best practices and coding techniques, know how to dig into code, see how things are working.
- The Technology Solution Architect should be able to see gaps in the solution and make recommendations on how to fill the gap and create a solution to solve the problem.
- The architect should be able to work with top management (who may come up with some high level requirements ask for a solution).
- Demonstrate expert proficiency using appropriate tools, platforms, and languages. While also enhancing supervisory skills, shows initiative and takes responsibility for decisions that impact project and team goals.
- Develop end to end architecture across all disciplines (application, data, and infrastructure) for enterprise wide programs; influence and develop solutions to performance and stability challenges
- Mature and promote CI/CD practices across application portfolio
Skills:
- Core Java with Sprint boot (M), J2EE (M), Big data technology (Hadoop, Kafka) (m), Mongo DB (N) (Postgres will be a plus)
- SSO mechanism - autho2o or samul (M)
- AWS certified - Aws experience in architecture (M), microservices - server less technology (M)
- Solution Architect
- TOGAF certification is a plus
- Apache Spark (N) is a plus
