Description
My client a leading company based in Leeds are searching for a Java Developer for a 12 month contract inside IR35. This role offers remote working but would require someone in Leeds once a week or fortnight.
Looking for someone who can build API's for cataloguing content metadata.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Java experience
- Spring experience, preferably SpringBoot
- Understanding of micro services, REST communications
Nice to have:
- Experience of Datamodelling, design and architecture of micro service based systems
- Mongo DB a nice to have
- JavaScript a plus
- Web client, angular or react
- Some NodeJS Mongo serverless functions
- Definitely needs to be willing to get involved in it
- Basic SQL knowledge (postgres used for some local storage)
- AWS, Docker, Kubernetes familiarity useful
