Job description for the role of Jira Developer
- Prior implementation experience of JIRA Service Management, as a whole at Enterprise level
- Experience with Atlassian products; primarily JIRA and Confluence
- Good knowledge of ITSM (HR Service, Incident, Change, Release, Problem and Configuration management)
- Ability to develop and maintain automation workflows in JIRA and other Atlassian products as per the requirement
- Working experience of upgrading and enhancing JIRA projects with defining and executing SDLC tasks
- Experience in Product Development Maturity Enhancements using DevOps and DocOps Principles leveraging Jira
- Leverage Templates for standardization, documents, knowledge improvement and Atlassian product integrations for traceability and collaboration improvements
- A working understanding of Front End templating technologies with experience in Javascript and JQL
- An understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming techniques and agile development methods
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and challenges to non-technical audiences
