Application Support Analyst opportunity - 3-6 month contract (potential to go permanent) based in Solihull, Birmingham.
Working inside of IR35 for a leading mobility manufacturing & technology provider we are looking for a experienced applications specialist to maintain and support Intranet applications, analyse business and systems requirements and provide some basic applications development and coding.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and support our Intranet applications written in different technologies like ASP.NET, JavaScript, VB and SQL
- Analyse business requirements and develop replacements for Legacy Intranet applications
- System administration for adding and terminating users/access rights on key business systems
- Develop operational reports for projects and finance using SSRS, PowerBi and Atlas
- Integrating data from various applications and databases and also support ad-hoc projects in relation to our main ERP system - Microsoft Dynamics AX
Your profile:
- Proven Applications Support experience.
- Proven experience in rapid applications development using any frameworks like Django, C#, MVC, REACT, Power Apps
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework,C#, Web Forms and JavaScript
- Knowledge of SQL databases and ability to understand complex SQL queries
- Ability to communicate well and be pro-active in staying up to date with current and new technologies
This position is to start ASAP and will pay £300 - £400 per day Umbrella (inside of IR35) depending on the level of your experience.
