Description
Job Purpose and primary objectives:
Contribute to and take the lead role in design, development, and production support activities for the Adobe (AEM) based Dealbuilder system which is Travelport's enterprise system for managing contracts and documents process with travel agency subscribers.
- Tertiary qualified in IT or in a business-related discipline which must include specific studies in relation to Information Technology (Desirable).
- Developing and deploying code using Adobe (AEM)/toolset.
- Creating and modifying fragments, in Form models and implementing various Business logic as per requirement
- Knowledge on programming languages C#, Web Services and SOAP, XML and Xpath, Java/JavaScript, PL/SQL.
- Knowledge in AdobeLifecycle and/or workflow development tools
- Developing, deploying, or supporting commercial, customer-facing solutions (distributed)
- Preferred experience in Distributed Client Server applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to drive alternative design solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Ability to rapidly assimilate business and functional concepts.
- Creative/excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate to target audiences at all levels.
