Description
Senior software engineer with strong Kotlin, cloud services experience and ideally some Kubernetes, Kafka and Docker experience is needed to work on a thriving ethically focused platform. This role will be operating outside of IR35 on an initial 6 month contract.
As a senior software engineer you will be responsible for driving the role out of further Kotlin microservices and working collaboratively with their strong nucleus of existing engineers. They are agile, with a strong focus on testing, pair programming and refactoring skills. They manage continuous delivery through trunk-based development, and have ambitions for continuous deployment. The stack is Kotlin on http4k on Kubernetes on AWS, but are still early in the process and finding the architectural patterns that work for engineers/the business.
