Description
Our Client is currently seeking Front End React Engineers with experience of building and running contemporary software and products for one of our large Media clients. The role is confirmed inside IR35 and can pay up to £450 p/d.
It is a 3 month contract, however likelihood of extension is high if you perform well.
Your responsibilities:
- Interpret business requirements and deliver high quality, customer focused technical solutions and implementations meeting and exceeding customer experience and usability requirements
- Working in an agile and team driven approach, strive for continuous improvement within the team
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using a mix of BDD, TDD and other extreme programming practices.
The Person
- Experience in Front End engineering using React and JavaScript to build and run contemporary software with top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of node.JS, CSS or GraphQL.
- Experience in Docker and Docker Compose.
- Experience of writing BDD and Unit tests.
- Adequate understanding of building and consuming REST services.
- Any of the following skills would be desirable - GCP, Docker or Kubernetes.
