Aufgabenbeschreibung:
Our customer is seeking an analyst for HOLOLENS. The role is expected to carry out following function/activities as part of this job.
Area of responsibilities:
• HoloLens Advanced Troubleshooting
• HoloLens device provisioning and configuration within Intune.
• Upload, publish and deploy applications via Intune/Microsoft Store for Business
• Manage OS and Patching activities in order to keep the devices compliant
• Manage the compliance settings and policies that devices must meet to be compliant
• Plan and configure update deployments
Skills
• Strong knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and Windows Information Protection (MAM), Intune knowledge is mandatory
• HoloLens (Windows 10 Holographic) device management is required
• Intune/MDM experience
• MDM Hands On Experience, including OS and Windows Update for Business (WUfB)
• MDM device management experience: device provisioning, device configuration, application deployment, Kiosk Mode configuration (provisioning profiles)
• Windows Autopilot knowledge
• ITSM tool experience, as well as Service Now experience
• Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision
