Description
We are looking for a Product Owner / Project Manager (no agencies please) with good German skills to join a small team that is taking care of several Java based auction platforms for used cars (automotive sector). Our current system is built as a classical standalone Java EE monolith. And now we are going to modernize it and turn into a distributed system (possibly microservices).The main focus are typical product management related tasks:
- Define business need based on client's / stakeholder's requirements
- Write user stories
- Work with designers, developers, etc
- Manage testing and quality assurance
- Production planning and handover
Must skills include:
- Profound IT background
- Developer background (Java preferred)
- Experience with monolith to microservices architecture
- German skills are a BIG plus
- Strong English skills
- Strong communication and social skills
- Experience working remotely
This job requires:
- a minimum availability of 30 hours per week
- longterm commitment
