Description

Analyze, design, install, document, and trouble-shoot telecommunications integrations, services, and systems. Conduct project planning. Perform traffic studies, capacity planning, and equipment analysis. Responsible for supporting system and user documentation for end users, implementation specialists, contact center agents, and clients.

WHAT PART WILL YOU PLAY?
Assists with providing initial (Level I) technical support for non-critical telecommunication integrations and systems to deliver data.
Escalates issues requiring more experience and in-depth knowledge. Assists with the installation of basic telecommunications integrations (including HTTPS webhooks), systems support, reporting and configurations.
Assists with updating records and reporting for multiple telecommunications environments, software, hardware, and configurations. Assists with producing established project and incident status updates as required.
Assists with call management functions of call routing for business as required.
Attends critical meetings to learn how to guide vendor engineers, network analysts and other corporate groups as needed and collaboratively works to provide solutions that benefit and meet business requirements for functional areas.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Telephony fundamentals
Basic understanding of HTTP protocols
Strong client service and professional skills over the phone
Have a servant mentality and be able to put the needs of the client first The ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats Multitasking capabilities and strong attention to detail
Excellent logic, reasoning and decision making skills Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing technology Ability to work under pressure, in a team environment
