Job Description:
Databricks Engineer
Overall the candidate should be very strong knowledge/hands-on experience on Azure DataBricks
Experience designing and architecting distributed data systems
Comfortable programming in, and debugging of: Python, Scala, Java, SQL, or R (More than one)
Trusted advisor role for best practice followed in Databricks including performance optimization and coding standards.
Must have exposer to cloud (Azure / AWS).
Should able to articulate technology choices on Databricks like Python, Scala, R etc.
In-depth knowledge of Databricks and Spark architecture.
Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to strategic stakeholders/leadership
