On behalf of our client, an international financial service provider located in Prague, we are looking for an external resource with skills and abilities as stated below.
VBA Tool Developer (f/m/x) - AD Cash Datawarehouse for Prague P938
As a financial marketplace organizer, the company provides a portfolio of services covering the entire process chain: securities and derivatives trading and clearing, netting and transaction settlement, custody and provision of market information. Information Technology designs, builds and operates the technological infrastructure of the company. These highly integrated and automated IT systems are essential to our success.
The AD Cash Datawarehouse team works on automation of daily tasks and processes with focus on support and close cooperation with Trading Systems Supervision in Frankfurt. We are reducing significantly work efforts across the group and are continuously enhancing our tool inventory.
Working experience in these domains is highly desirable:
- VBA programming in MS Excel/Access
- SQL queries with Oracle or another relational database
- Background in design and implementation of user interface
Knowledge of these areas will be of advantage:
- Web development in JavaScript (Angular, GraphQL APIs)
- Quality assurance
- Cloud platform (GCP, AWS or Azure)
- Financial markets
Following points are essential:
- Technical degree or relevant experience with software development
- Fluent English
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ready to learn and get familiar with larger systems
Additionally, you need to be a team player with advanced collaboration skills.
Assignment:
- Fulltime (100%)
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: mid 2022 with possible extension
- Location: Prague
