We are looking for one "Web Developer with Liferay" to start ASAP an initial contract until 31DEC2021 (extensions possible) for an international Org' -client in ROME, where 100% REMOTE work is possible. Possibility of extension based on performance and budget availability. English speaking environment. Our client is an international organisation in Rome and a great reference in any CV!
Project Title: IOE web migration. Duty station: Off-site
TASKS
The consultant is responsible for various duties related to design, migration and implementation of templates and components for the upgrade of the IOE corporate portal. Specifically, the consultant will work cooperatively with team members and stakeholders to:
- Familiarize with the current ifad.org and Independent Office of Evaluation (IOE) portals.
- Assist and advise in the selection of final technological stack on top of Liferay CMS.
- Assist in setup development and production environment, based on the selected technological stack on top of Lifeary CMS.
- Develop templates and reusable components in Liferay 7.3 based on graphics designer work.
- Provide technical documentation on the setup.
- Any other duties, relevant to web development functionality as required.
SKILLS
- Proven experience in the area with at least 5 years of work experience in Web (please indicate minimum two reference projects/links of Web applications in the CV).
- Proven experience in CMS Front End development, Lifeary is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge and usage of modern JS frameworks such as Angular, React, Vu.
- Good knowledge of responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap.
- Ability to produce technical documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English essential
