Senior C++/C# Developer - Equities/Interest Rates sought by leading investment bank based in Canary Wharf.
*Inside IR35*
Languages, Frameworks and Design Principles:
- C+ (C+ or C+)
- STL & BOOST
- C# and .NET Framework
- Contemporary Software Design and Architectural Concepts
- SOLID Principles with Dependency Injection (MEF or Unity)
- Threading and Asynchronous Programming (Server and UI Client)
- Inter Process Communication (Sockets, Message Queues, Kafka)
User Interface Skills:
- Windows Forms (Required)
- WPF (XAML and MVVM Desirable)
Data Manipulation Skills:
- SQL (Sybase [Preferred], or MS SQL Server)
- No-SQL ie Mongo DB or KDB
Qualifications:
Strong C++, together with C# and .NET Framework, Windows Forms, WPF, MEF/Unity. Developing concurrent, multi-threaded and low latency systems. Applying design patterns and utilizing contemporary software practices. Ability to convey technical detail to a non-technical audience. Proven experience working with complex trading systems. Good project skills. Technical documentation. Engineering, Science or Computing related degree.
