Technical Lead/.NET Technical Lead/Lead Software Developer/Senior Software Developer
As the Software Technical Lead you will leverage on your proven experience in order to guide the team to the best software engineering practices, deliver software products and applications, and generate business value.
Overview:
- We're looking for a Technical Lead, who values collaboration and teamwork.
- You will be comfortable growing your technical knowledge and leading technical vision with the team.
- Provide technical advice to other developers and take an active role in designing new technical standards.
- You'll use Microsoft tech stack including .Net, .NET Core and various repositories, use MVC models, get involved in RESTful API development to name a few.
- Assess and recommend architectural patterns based on functional and non-functional requirements.
Technical Skills
- C#/.NET Framework/ASP.NET Core/SQL.
- Experience working in Agile teams performing iterative development.
- Fundamentals and approaches: OOP, SOLID principles, TDD/BDD/ATDD.
- Experience of Azure would be ideal but open to alternative Cloud technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity/Artifactory).
- Stand by software engineering principles around quality and doing things the right way.
- Have a constant desire to improve knowledge and drive adoption of new tech or approaches within the team.
- Own mistakes and work with your colleagues to redress them, learn from them and make improvements for the long-term.
- Be able to communicate abstract or complex ideas or solutions effectively.
