Javascript Developer/Vue.js/Frontend/Front End
SR2's client is looking for support from one or more Vue Developers on a 3-month rolling contract. Successful candidates should be expected to roll onto other projects so could be engaged for much longer.
This role is remote and outside of IR35.
Responsibilities
- Develop new Front End features
- Build reusable code and libraries
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code
- Implement unit tests
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of JavaScript
- A solid understanding of application security, session management, and best development practices
- Expertise in Vue.js
- Expertise in HTML5 and CSS
- Basic understanding of PWAs
- Good understanding of code versioning using Git
- Good understanding of browser rendering behaviour and performance
- Storybook experience is a plus
