Description
Our Client is an industry leader when it comes to Big Data, and they're looking to add additional engineers to an important project on both their sites in Manchester and Gloucester. The role is a 6 month contract with possible extension if work still has to be finished. For this role you would need UKIC DV clearance
You will be responsible for:
Deploying APIs and UI components into a Kubernetes cluster
Integrating API/UI components with existing data stores and APIs
Maintaining and developing existing architectural components including Data Ingest, Data Stores and REST APIs
Taking full responsibility for researching and defining technical approach to specific areas, leading their delivery alongside others, reporting on progress and managing risk.
You will participate in sprint ceremonies with the agile team, attending daily stand-ups, epic decomposition, demos and planning sessions.
You will assist the wider team to understand upcoming API features and their impact on them.
