Rate: up to £625/day (Umbrella)

Responsibilities:
- Experience of establishing data architecture policies, standards and design patterns.
- Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholder, as well as facilitate discussions with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience of responsibility for assurance of data solutions and make recommendations to ensure compliance.
- Lead on strategic planning, thinking about and describing data concepts in new ways to a wide variety of stakeholders.
You will:
- Create new data strategy/update existing data strategy to harness data from multiple physical environments in a way that will drive better decision making and customer centric services across the organisation.
- Sit in on our Design Authority Review Board as a domain data expert to ensure new data related designs are conformant and fit for purpose.
- Improve the wider data literacy within the stakeholders community and drive the centricity of data within our culture.
- Pen a multifaceted data strategy, that is relevant, understood and can be realistically executed within the tool sets at pace.
- Engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to understand user experience and future data product needs.
- Deliver a strategic plan for the implementation of analytics and data visualisation to enable data driven decision making across our organisation.
- Review current, and where necessary implement new, levels of data governance. Act as part of Governance team to deliver the Governance responsibility.
- Drive the adoption of innovative tools such as IOT, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Work closely with the team to design and build world-class, multi-faceted data architecture to replace existing Legacy technology.
