Automation Tester//Investment Management//Inside IR35//£500 per day
An investment management firm have recently put out a requirement for an automation tester on a contract basis. The contract would be an initial 6 months, inside IR35, paying a daily rate of roughly £500 per day.
The key skills you would be using in the engagement are:
- The ability to create automation frameworks from scratch
- Experience with Microsoft technologies/.NET/SQL/SSMS
- Data Cube/Data Warehousing
- Reporting tooling (PowerBI preferred)
Our client are piloting new ways of working - looking to introduce more modern software engineering practises, less waterfall.
They have had a Tech Consultant and Agile Coach start with them today to do an Agile and DevOps pilot to help them understand where they're at currently, design new ways of working and help design and help them roll out a new operating model to the rest of the company. The Tester would help them build an automation framework and coach then on what metrics they should be focussing on.
