Requirement Analyst/Requirement Architect
Business & Team Information The consultant will be part of the Process Management team, which owns, develops and manages frameworks for business development, project models, measurement methods, and measurement tools. The group responsible for developing Company Business Development Portfolio. Tasks Requirement management
- to understand the requirements of the business and, together with the business, document these
- to be able to independently structure the work with requirements management within the project
- to communicate the requirements image to the solutions architects within the project

Requirements for experience
Senior requirements analyst/Kravarkitekt with experience in being able to set up a structure for requirement management.
Experience of working in complex projects in complex structures,

Meritorious experience
Previous experience in change management, development and implementation of projects. Experience from the energy industry.

Desirable personal qualities in addition to competences
Ability to drive change in complex structures. Good at communicating both in speech and writing in Swedish and English. Positive and outgoing, enterprising, good at working together. It is important that they want and can take their own initiatives and enjoy working both independently and in teams. Can create structure while focusing on detail issues.

Note : Candidate should be in Europe for more than 5 years
