Aufgaben:


Aktuell suchen wir für einen Kunden einen System Integration Engineer aus dem Automotive-Umfeld.



Aufgaben:

+ Create test plan and define system integration and integration test strategy

+ Develop system integration test specification according to system architectural design

+ Perform system integration and integration test (HW, SW, E-Motor, Sensors, Mechanics)

+ Responsible for system integration and integration test process according to automotive SPICE

+ Support / Perform system calibration needed for E-motor and inverter to run in the most efficient way

+ Develop HiL test environment/setup for system integration tests and system calibration

+ Automate test and calibration activity based on used testing tool chain

+ implementation of best practice methods, processes, tools for testing and calibration software development incl. training of employees and continuous improvement

+ system functional testing against system requirements

Anforderungen:


+ Successful academic study in electric traction drive systems, power electronic, mechatronic or similar

+ Excellent knowledge in area of drive functions (e.g. speed, torque control), application software / diagnosis for automotive traction drive systems and subsystems (e.g. inverter, E-motor, sensors, transmission)

+ Experience in system integration and integration test for automotive traction drive systems

+ Experience in calibration of automotive traction drive systems

+ Experience in system functional and performance test for automotive traction drive systems

+ Excellent knowledge in system / software testing using HIL at dyno or in vehicle

+ Good knowledge about automotive SPICE main focus on SYS.4 and Functional Safety according to ISO

26262

+ Well structured work style, excellent communication skills, high ability to integrate into interdisciplinary

international teams, results orientated, analytical & innovative problem solving skills

+ Fluent English in written and spoken

+ Willingness to travel
