Location: USA - Sunnyvale, CaliforniaExperience: 7 + years of Experience.
Requirement:
•Experience supporting a Mac environment
•Experience managing a JSS/Casper Suite environment
•Expert knowledge of OS X and MacOS and all Apple HW
•Strong iOS knowledge
•Tier 1 support for all Mac HW and SW
•Active Directory, email, file share permissions/provisioning
•Support of MS Office for Mac
•Knowledge of Apple DEP programs and leasing programs
Responsibilities:
This person will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills to assist with the Mac client support environment and end user communications.
- As first point of escalation for issues, this role translates the initial analysis from the user help desk to details that can be used for further problem solving analysis
- Performs all Mac user help desk training
- Creation of JAMF policies
- Push of JAMF policies/scripts
- Serves as a backup liaison to the Client’s Mac Services Lead
- Participates in regular meetings with Client’s Mac Services Team
- Responsible for testing of new software/applications to be implemented into the client’s Mac client image
- Responsible for testing of Mac security updates
- Plays an active role in the continued assessment of new/existing emulated Windows services for Clients Mac users
- License management for Adobe Creative Cloud subscriptions
Contract length: 6 months
