DevOps Engineer - Platform Engineer - 6 month contract - up to £600/day (inside IR35 - Umbrella)
I have 2x new DevOps Engineering to join an ongoing Transformation programme for a public sector client in Essex. You will be focussing on AWS Cloud Transformation using Python and Jenkins and therefore strong core skills in both is expected. The role will be working from home for now with potentially 2-3 days onsite every fortnight later on.
I am keen to speak with candidates who have
- Solid Python development skills with Flask/Django Framework experience an added bonus
- Excellent Jenkins Scripting and declarative pipelines experience
- Skills in Terraform and Ansible are also preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work as part of a multi-skilled team and provide clear and concise documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to organise and prioritise workload to deliver against tight deadlines
