AEM Developer/Lead
Remote/Dublin city centre
6 month contract
Our high-profile client is actively seeking an experienced AEM Developer to join their team. This will be a remote contract that may require some onsite work in Dublin
Role requirements:
- Lead Back End development that drives Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Strong experience either as a senior or lead development capacity within a globally dispersed scrum team is preferred.
- Deep knowledge and experience of AEM (preferably 6.5+); an Adobe Certification is a plus (eg AEM Lead Dev)
- Proficient in Java 8; Java 11 experience preferred (JUnit, Mockito)
- Single Page Application (SPAs) and Third-Party Integration experience (APIs, XML, JSON, WebServices)
- Experience of working in a DevOps environment
- Excellent understanding and development experience of AEM, Jcr/oak, Osgi, Sling, REST apis.
- Experience with AEM development and in-depth knowledge of components, editable templates, user management, experience & content fragments, MSM, workflows, scheduler, pipelines, dispatcher setup and configuration.
- Ability to design and develop modular and reusable code.
- Conduct code review with other members of the team.
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus.
- Good knowledge of Front End technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, react/angular
- Experience in collaborative work environments, with a Marketing team, web Agency, DevOps and engineering. Strong communication skills and ability to drive to a solution.
