Description
AWS Data Engineer with proven experience working with AWS and Big Data technologies required to join a leading global brand, long term 100% remote contract. This is a multi-year program offering long term contracts (6 months rolling).
Key experience required:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with AWS stack - Lambda, S3, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, Cloudwatch
- Agile development of Data Lake/Data Warehouse & ETL/EMR
- Experience with RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle) and SQL/DDL Language, and NoSQL (DynamoDB)
- Redshift and BigQuery
- Development of steaming systems (Kinesis Stream/Kinesis Firehose)
- Python & PySpark development
- Code review and technical design
- Experience with Terraform & CloudFormation beneficial
