Senior Frontend Engineer | Automotive Platform | January 2022
I'm looking to speak with experienced Frontend/Fullstack Developers - Mostly proficient in tools such as React/TypeScript, that are on the lookout for a freelance position starting from January 2022.
I have had a position come up with a Global Client, Who is currently in need of a talented individual with a wealth of experience in Frontend development to work on a subsidiary platform that they own. This will be centred around a greenfield project - Allowing developers to reap the benefits of using shiny new tools on a modern & fresh codebase.
Key Responsibilities Include;
- Constructing sustainable new Front End applications from scratch
- Occasionally maintaining & improving existing code
- Practising TDD & QA measures
- Performing code-reviews
- Working in an Agile, cross-functional team
The ideal person?
- Will have 5+ years of commercial experience working on Frontend applications
- Will have demonstrative experience working as part of a greenfield project in the past
- Will have proficient knowledge in modern Front End technologies such as React, Redux, TypeScript & GatsbyJS
- Will have experience in building CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, Git etc)
- Will also have a good understanding of Back End technologies also used throughout the team, such as Node.JS/Express etc.

- Term length: 6 months (potential to extend)
- Location: Remote/Berlin (candidates must be based in Germany)
- Commitment: 40 hrs p/w
- Tech Stack: JavaScript, React/Redux, Gatsby, Node.js, Express, Jenkins, Cypress
