Description
I have an immediate need for a Contract Agile Coach to join my team in Manchester (2 days per week) and Remote (3 days per week).
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will be adaptable and recognise the value our product delivery teams add to the organisation. They will use their understanding, expertise and experience to coach, mentor and support them on their journey.
You will be result focused and see continuous improvement as a mechanism for our teams to deliver great value, not only for our internal stakeholders but ultimately our customers.
You will be able to work with multiple cross functional teams and won't be afraid to lead by example across multiple roles and disciplines. You will bring cross-functional team members together to work for a common purpose.
You will work within the delivery function and will contribute to the delivery of the continuous improvement backlog.
You will be creative in defining and achieving learning objectives for the product teams and their members.
You will have, excellent hands-on knowledge of Agile and DevOps working practices.
This role will involve, but not limited to:
- Lead Agile best practice using your significant hands on experience of Agile delivery
- Coach and mentor teams and individuals to enable a cohesive and consistent approach to delivery
- Own the coaching backlog with focus on driving continuous improvement across teams
- Don't be afraid to challenge the status quo
- Advise and assist in developing team structures to enable success
- Be an influencer across the organisation
- Be a clear communicator with your teams and stakeholders
- Drive outcomes with a value driven approach
- Clearly feedback success and improvements to management
This role is outside of IR35 and paying circa £p/d.
Its an initial 3 month contract.
