Job Description:
Work Experience:
Ø 10+ years of expertise in Datawarehouse at a global scale
Ø Knowledge of Snowflake and data vault modulization is mandatory
Ø Knowledge in Azure SQL, PostgreSQL
Ø Familiar with some other types of databases and Datawarehouse technologies
Ø Major experience gained in both multinational and multi-cultural environments
Ø Good communication skills in English is mandatory
Responsibilities:
Ø Communicate with many stakeholders to assess needs and goals
Ø Document required data governance
Ø Define the architecture of the Datawarehouse and the databases
Ø Plan an end-to-end model for data consumption and analysis
Ø Define the meta-model of the data, integrating the existing databases
Ø Responsible of the Implement of the designed solution
Ø Monitor databases / Datawarehouse and report on their effectiveness and accuracy, updating as necessary
Ø Maintain database security and create standards to ensure system security
Ø Keep a repository of all data architecture artifacts
Ø Define the rules for aggregating data to group and organize them
Ø Guide projects while respecting the norms and standards that apply to the description of data
Ø Design and Implements evolutions or changes in norms and standards (data dictionary, data models, etc.)
Ø Support Data platform capability road map
Ø Define and Design operating model (monitoring, support models, SLA)
Ø Secure that the solution architecture and design is documented as per the standards
Ø Document required data governance
Ø Coordinates Data specialists on day-to-day activities
Ø Ensure integrity of the release
Ø Support software applications deployment activities and subsequent potential troubleshooting
Ø Work collaboratively with all participants in the development of the projects and is supportive of developers and testers as they set up their build dev/test environments
Ø Escalate issues that are roadblocks and need upper management attention.
