WHO WE ARE?
We are recruiting a DevOps Support Engineer to work with a multi-national, industry leading national security consultancy in central London. Due to the nature of the role you will need to have enhanced DV security clearance.
WHAT WILL THE DEVOPS Support Engineer BE DOING?
You will be joining a team to support a number of systems using your knowledge to ensure system availability and robust incident resolution. It will be your job to undertake a small amount of development work, this will primarily be amendments and updates but there will be an element of new development.
WE NEED THE DEVOPS Support Engineer TO HAVE .
- Current enhanced DV clearance
- Working with large amounts of Data
- Knowledge and experience working with Linux
- Experience with SQL
- Understanding of Scaled Agile (SAFe)
- Experience working in a support environment
- Good understanding of Data including different formats/structures, re-formatting, cleansing
- Ability to work with other teams to help manage incident resolution
- Working and liaising with other teams daily
- Comfortable dealing with customers
