AWS Engineer - UK Based (remote) £430/Day - Contract - Inside IR35
Our Financial Services client is looking for an AWS Engineer for an initial 6 month day rate contract. This will be remote (UK) based.
You'll be creating, updating, and reviewing CloudFormation templates and Creating, updating, testing, and reviewing Lambda function code - plus reviewing their existing AWS infrastructure and permissions framework based on established AWS Best Practice.
You will also be responsible for proposing appropriate changes to their AWS infrastructure and permissions framework based on established AWS Best Practice - and collaborating with corporate teams as part of implementing approved changes to this and contributing to design proposals related to their AWS infrastructure and permissions framework
Your background will include:
- CloudFormation templating in YAML
- IAC
- Lambda programming in NodeJS and/or Python3
- AWS Well Architected Framework
- Relevant AWS certifications and client feedback related to previous AWS infrastructure engagements
- Experience of basic Linux server administration
