Description

*Evidence of developing and using information systems, spreadsheets, databases, to retrieve and analyse data
*Practical experience of data structures, databases including excellent understanding of relational databases and design.
*Evidence of automating tasks
*Evidence of influencing, motivating and negotiating with others to achieve change
*Experience within a Health or Social Care setting, preferably in mental health
*Experience in MS SQL Server to an advanced level.
*Knowledge & Skills of web based technologies (HTML/ASP/XML)
*Sound analytical approach to all system and data problems and methodical problem solving skills
*Understanding of data quality issues and approaches taken to improve quality.
*Ability to work with a wide range of professional and support staff
*Ability to act independently, work on own initiative and manage multiple tight deadlines under pressure
*Experience in creating or improving NHS datasets would be an advantage.
