AWS Specialist - Remote Working
Location - Remote.
Contract Duration: 6 months from start.
£430 per day (Umbrella) Inside IR35.
Responsibilities
- Creating, updating, and reviewing CloudFormation templates and Lambda function code.
- Reviewing existing AWS infrastructure and permissions framework based on established AWS Best Practice.
- Proposing appropriate changes to AWS infrastructure and permissions framework based on established AWS Best Practice.
- Applying existing AWS skills and experience to contribute as required to design proposals related to AWS infrastructure and permissions framework.
Key Skills
- An experienced AWS Specialist who's ideally worked in the Financial Services/Banking industry.
- Have an expansive mind-set with proven record dealing with on prem infrastructure and cloud services.
- Background in complex Infrastructure and Platforms.
- Previous experience and a strong technical background in Amazon Web Services.
- Proven understanding of Cloud Service Management principles.
- CloudFormation templating in YAML.
- Lambda programming in NodeJS and/or Python3.
- Relevant AWS certifications.
- Experience of basic Linux server administration.
