Skills: Knowledge about ITIL processes (incident, event, request, problem, change management and etc), SLA, SLO
Requirement:
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
· Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills with a focus on customer service.
· Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).
· Certification in MS SQL administration,Proficient in ITIL, soft skills and business communication
· Knowledge of incident and change management
· Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
Responsibilities:
· Installation, upgradation and maintenance of databases
· Performing database backup, restore, copy database and troubleshooting recovery issues.
· HA FCI, AOAG &TLog shipping implementation
· Knowledge sharing and preparing standard operating procedures for L1/L2 team.
· Performance troubleshooting
· Mentoring of L1/L2 team members on best practices, technical solutions and scripting.
· Contribution to automation by analyzing repeated tasks and transform to automated tasks there by reducing manual effort.
Contract length: 6 months
