Role: Senior Information Manager
Location: Remote (Leeds twice a month)
IR35: Inside
Rate: up to £550/day (Umbrella)
Duration: 6 months

Role summary:
Minimum Requirement:
- Delivering analysis across the Clinical Audits that are undertaken within NHS, including: Breast and Cosmetic Implant Registry, National Diabetes Audit, National Audit of Cardiac Rehabilitation and National Pulmonary Hypertension Audit.
- Gathering requirements from customers on the nature of the analysis that is required
- Interpreting requirements and translating them into analytical projects
- Guiding, Mentoring and Managing a team of analysts in the delivery of those requirements
- Applying quality control to the analysis undertaken by the team
- Presenting results to the customer
- Running Agile ceremonies in relation to the deliverables of the team
- Creating publications that summarise the findings and are disseminated in the public domain.
- Advanced specialist knowledge of analytical processes and the correct interpretation of numerical and statistical outputs
- Strong requirements gathering skills
- Knowledge and experience in interpreting results from complex analysis, applying the results to the given problem and suggesting conclusions to be drawn
- Knowledge of a wide range of data quality issues and the application of the appropriate data validation techniques
- Knowledge of agile ceremonies, including: creating, elaborating and maintaining epics as well as defining stories
- Knowledge of the publication process within public sector
- Extensive experience of programming in SQL and SAS
- Some experience of developing statistical models
- Experience of managing an internal team and negotiating with other teams
- External stakeholder management experience
- Experience of working in the public sector/An understanding of the Health and Social Care system.
