Python Engineer | Remote | 12 Months
I am working with a start up who are looking for an experienced Python Engineer for an initial 12 Month Contract. The role will require working Swedish hours - Proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian language is nice to have but not essential!
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Collaboratively with senior engineers and other teammates to maintain the product and develop new features
- Provide technical support to external clients and join feedback session (European Time Zones, 12-3 pm in Sweden time)
- Integrate with Adobe Indesign, external CMS clients and internal APIs
- After fully on-boarded, attend calls with new customers - to help understand evolving needs for new product features we may develop
- System monitoring, development phases documentation and error report generation
Qualifications:
- Background in Software Development and Engineering
- Must have personal accountability with self-motivation
- Proficient with Python, CI and testing experience
- Experience deploying AWS Serverless technologies (eg. Lambda, Batch, Fargate)
- Education or experience in Operations Research (Packing Optimization)
Contract Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Remote (Must be happy to work Swedish hours)
- Day Rate: £400 per day
- Duration: 12 months initial (24 month scope)
