UX Designer
6 month contract| £500pd| Remote Working| Inside IR35 Umbrella
Searching for a UX Designer with a creative and analytical mindset with experience in the financial sector. This role is specifically looking for a background in digital channels (mobile & chatbot) rather than web design, and previous exposure to customer research is desirable. This is an initial 4-month contract but is likely to be ongoing until 2022.
The sole aim of the project the UX Designer will be embarking on will digitise the customer journey to understanding and navigating apps and chatbots in a more accessible manner, humanising the way we communicate online to solve queries. This role will include running workshops and journey mapping.
Desired requirements:
- Experience of financial services who have worked in digital channels
- Experience of lending/debt management is good to have but not essential.
- Experience of digital channels
- Strong UX and service design skills
