Description
- Lead the delivery of the Interfaces Solution for the customer
- Lead the delivery of the Bills & Correspondences Solution
- Work with all workstreams to ensure an integrated solution
- Work with the project team, IT and all third parties to ensure a fit for purpose interfaces and batch solution
Key Skills:
- 3+ years Workstream Lead/Project Manager experience in an IT Solution Delivery programme
- Excellent understanding of delivery methodologies
- DevOps experience
- Good communication skills with the ability to articulate progress and issues in a clear and concise manner
- Capable of dealing with both business and technical team members
- Experience of working with third parties on Solution delivery
- Billing solution experience
- Solid understanding of Interface delivery
- Stakeholder Management
- Great problem solving and issue resolution skills
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to XML, complex XSLT, HTML, CSS 2.1 (will not require development skills)
- Salesforce CRM
