Description
Team lead for the Secure Development team. Enabling Engineering to design, build and deliver
secure software and products at a high pace.
Tasks and responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of talented application security engineers with the mission of enabling engineering to design and build secure solutions
• Lead application security initiatives in the organization by creating and delivering training programs for engineers, data-driven threat modelling process, and vulnerability retrospectives
• Elevating Engineering security competence, aiming to produce Security Champions across engineering teams
Required Skillset
• Experience in building and running an application security program
• People management experience (7-8 people)
Nice to have
• Experience in building applications and scripts with NodeJS, React, Python
