Title: IT Sourcing Manager
Location: Coppell, TX
3 month + Contract: $50/hr. W2

This opportunity we're looking for an experienced candidate in the IT space; not on just purchasing IT, but negotiated IT contracts for product, services and solutions. Candidates will need to show in resume and experience what products, technologies, companies and teams/people you've worked with. You would report to the VP of IT Products.
Job Summary: The position of Strategic Sourcing Manager 1 will lead complex, high value local, country or global level IT sourcing projects, activities & contract negotiations for various IT service and product categories that may include IT professional services, IT implementation and IT Products (Software, Hardware, Network, SaaS, IaaS), IT capital equipment and other direct or indirect requirements. This role will primarily be responsible for local or global IT category strategy development and execution, conducting strategic sourcing events and negotiating acceptable terms and conditions with Suppliers according to Client's approved processes and to mitigate risk to Client's satisfaction. The candidate will perform data analytics and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and other Strategic Sourcing team members/leaders to meet stakeholder supply market requirements, create value, ensure process compliance and drive negotiated cost savings and avoidances. Candidate should have experience in high value/complex contract management, strategic sourcing, supplier and senior level stakeholder relationship management. This position collaborates with Strategic Sourcing, IT, Finance, Legal, various operational departments and the client's executive leadership to advance the company's strategic sourcing processes and strengthen our supply market solutions to meet company goals.
Previous Experience needed:
- Focus is only on IT and IT sourcing strategies, the internal client will be IT only so you need to have a heavy background in IT and want to work with IT only
- Need excellent negotiating skills
- Will be meeting with IT stakeholders including Sr. leadership to strategize on services, contracts, implementations, products etc.-Must have strong IT sourcing background
- They will work directly not only with their internal stakeholders but will work with the service companies and providers directly, must show what service providers you've worked with
- Must be very knowledgeable on Software Applications tools, Network infrastructure, Security, Telecommunications and various other technologies
- Would like someone that is familiar with licensing and licensing modifications preferably with Microsoft, Oracle, Informatics and Tableau to name a few
- Familiar with sourcing very large IT implementations such as Oracle, Linux, SQL Services
- Need experience with global contracts, onshore and offshore sourcing
- Experience getting new contracts in place, renewals and terminations
- Manage QVR s
- Manage service providers and temporary staffing companies
- Will work with stakeholders to figure out what strategy is the best and provide alternatives and guidance
- Must have experience interacting with large companies and service providers
- Experience managing contracts with India and APAC
