You will

Develop Front End web applications using ReactJS
Be part of a self-organising and cross functional agile team
Use best practices such as Pair Programming, TDD, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
Write resilient code that will be continuously tested, deployed and will perform at scale
Contribute to the teams technical direction, tools and processes
Responsible for ensuring the web app is highly performant, resilient and secure
Ensure the web app is well maintained and monitored in production
Initiate and actively participate in discussions and technical decision making
Push for new improvements and change across the codebase and influence a large community of developers

You are

Expert in Javascript, especially ReactJS
With a good understanding of and experience with CI tools eg Jenkins
Experience with optimising web applications in areas such as performance, security and resilience
Exposure to automated testing tools eg Selenium, JMeter
Ability to push for new improvements and change across the codebase and influence/gain buy in from a large community of developers to push through improvements and positive change
