Senior Java Engineer - Kafka, Microservices, Kubernetes

Working for a trading company to work with a team of modern Java engineers working with a microservices architecture with a Kafka Real Time streaming platform running.

Need knowledge of:

  • Java 8+ or modern JVM language but they use Java
  • Kafka/Confluent products
  • Spring, REST, microservices architectural build
  • TDD/Agile methodologies

Nice to have:

  • Kubernetes
  • Docker
  • NoSQL - Redis, CouchBase etc.
  • AWS CloudFormation, OpenShift, GCP or Azure

Inside IR35 contract - based in London.
