The customer is looking for an experienced technical leader, who masters visualization of common technical goals and strategies, as well as outlining the roadmap to reaching them. You are passionate and curious about the opportunities technology provides in such areas as Multi cloud and APIs & events. You have experience from large organisations with software landscapes including both Legacy applications, COTS, SaaS and in house developed solutions.

Short description of the product area and team
In the Business Tech Product Design & Development area you will get the opportunity to work in a dynamic & creative Product Area at the heart of our Business Idea - where we co-create the agenda and contribute to the customer's objectives by providing great solutions for the design & Product development process.
You will work closely with the Product Area Lead Engineer and the product teams in the area to set and clarify the Area technical and architectural direction. You will also support the teams in their work with understanding, setting and meeting guidelines and guardrails around a range of tech focus areas such as APIs & events, cloud platforms, DevSecOps, AI and Data.
You will also support the teams as/if needed with technical roadmaps as well as build/buy decisions.
Technical Competences

You have an ability to present and communicate both business and technical concepts, including strong consultative skills at a cross-functional level.
You have experience contributing to a holistic view of strategies, processes, information and technology assets, and can analyze, design, develop and maintain roadmaps and implementation plans.
You enjoy partnering with a broad network of people to review, analyze and facilitate understanding of technology opportunities and risks; ensuring the best possible decisions.
You can coordinate, review and approve initiatives to ensure architectural compliance with principles, guidelines, standards, etc.
You use your holistic thinking' to ensure the cross-team perspectives when designing and implementing solutions.
You help others think through technology decisions by providing guidance and coaching on options, risks, costs vs. benefits, impact, priorities, etc.
You have a passion for technology and proactively monitor the industry and market for trends that may impact the organization.
You contribute to best practice sharing and communities and can teach architecture thinking to others.
You take the initiative and are not afraid to take the first steps to identify and address existing and potential obstacles, issues and opportunities.
Your experience:
Experience from software landscapes with a mix of in house developed applications, COTS and SAAS solutions
Experience from large enterprise platforms such as PLM
Experience with Agile and scaled agile methods and frameworks
Experience from DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines
A deep understanding of Solution Architecture, API & events architecture and design and Data and Information Architecture
Experience from different cloud platforms, preferably multi cloud implementations
Ideally, you have experience from PLM processes.
