Job Purpose and primary objectives:
API/Backend development Technical Lead/Designer
Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):
. Develop the business logic of Web application in Sprint boot, Spring Cloud, GraphDB, JPA, Rest API, Hibernate,
. Ability to analyse and map the business logic to API
. Ability to create technical documentation
. Ability to resolve any performance bottleneck
. Support Complex go live process
Key Skills/Knowledge:
Technical Skill:
o Sprint boot, Spring Cloud, GraphDB, JPA, Rest API, Hibernate, AWS cloud experience, Devops, Jenkins understanding
o Strong hands on experience, executed multiple projects using this technologies
o Good communication skills and can work independently
o 8-15 years' experience
Soft skills:
. Goal/outcomes orientated
. Quick learner
. A natural critical thinker
. Resourceful - can make things happen and find workarounds where problems occur
. Able to challenge stakeholders diplomatically but robustly when appropriate
. Can work independently with very little direction and as part of a team
. Is not scared of flagging problems and collaborating on a solution - we like problems, but love solving them
