Job Purpose and primary objectives:

. You will interpret business requirements to deliver high quality, customer focused technical solutions.
. Be a part of an agile environment primarily using open source technologies and the best deployment techniques.
. Join a mixed team of Back End and Front End developers use to a wide range of technologies from Kubernetes to ReactJS.
. Drive the best technology and software development practices into the team with passion and enthusiasm.
. Utilise pair-programming on a regular basis and mentor less experienced developers where appropriate

Key Skills/Knowledge:
Must have skills
. Java skills with TDD & Agile process knowledge (Java 8)
. Implement/Follow/Recommend Java best practices
. Strong communication skills
Good to have Skills
. Scala - Utilize the Java knowledge to switch to Scala development
. Git/Github
. Docker/Kubernetes, Gradle & AWS configuration
. OOPS & SOLID principals
. Pipeline experience (Jenkins/CircleCI)
. Pair Programming.
Experience required:
Mid Java developers: 3 to 5 years
Senior Java developers: 5 to 9 years
