Role: Principle Data Engineer
Contract: 6 months
Location: Somerset/Fully flexible working arrangements
Rate: £700 per day
Status: Inside IR35
Our client is looking for a Data Engineer who can take on both leadership and technical responsibilities within their data engineering function, acting as the 'go to' person within the team. You will be working with stakeholders and wider teams to develop the function and apply any improvements where you see the need.
You will be working on the design, build and support of scalable geospatial data pipelines, so having experience of implementing data pipelines to production standards and the use of big data is essential. Our client is working within an Agile environment and deploy in a DevOps continuous improvement style.
