Fantastic opportunity now available with one of our public sector clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Scala Developer to join their team for a six-month contract.
Scala Developer needed for a 6-month contract within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
1 Carrying out development in accordance with the agreed requirements and development standards.
2 Testing of products in accordance with the test strategy to ensure that they are fit for purpose.
3 Playing an active part in Process improvement, awareness of and compliance with all relevant quality processes and procedures, including completion of all the specified quality records.
4 Management and control of problems and change within their area of responsibility as requested by the Team Leader, including negotiation with other teams as necessary.
Key skills required
1 Scala/Java/J2EE; PL/SQL; BitBucket; Oracle/NT; DevOps experience.
2 Full knowledge of the development life cycle.
3 Jira & Confluence.
4 Agile methods and tools.
