Role Title: IT Bar Subject Matter Expert

Job Description:
Technology Service Design - The role will involve providing exclusive IT support to the client's VVIP Executive team. In addition to troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, the resource will be expected to engage with stakeholders and to build rapport and effective working relationships. This will involve daily verbal engagement, proactive communications, and regular reporting. Technologies will include Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad, O365 and Audio/Visual.
