AWS | SRE | Python/Go | 5-9 months- outside IR35| Terraform
i am recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a global business, who is looking for experienced Senior Engineers to grow their SRE team. The role will be 5-9 months, outside IR35 and fully remote.
Must-Have experience in the following technologies:
- Experience working with Terraform (or similar), IaC experience
- Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud)
- 2+ years of programming experience (Python, Ruby or Go)
- Experience working with containers and orchestration (eg, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes
- Experience with monitoring tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar
Requirements
- 3+ years of platform experience, with at least 2 of them in an enterprise-scale high paced environment.
- Strong experience working with modern cloud-native technologies and modern software architecture (Micro-services-based architectures)
- Ongoing management of our cloud infrastructure
- Creating custom automation tooling
- Be able to lead teams and projects (including mentoring)
- Monitoring system health and performance and creating custom tooling to do so
- Supporting other Engineering teams.
- Ensuring system uptime and reliability meets our internal SLAs.
- Experience working with commercially available cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP)
